New headquarters of Savills Wroclaw is located in a historic tenement Under Three Oaks (Pod Trzema Debami) at St Nikolas Street in the vicinity of the Market Square in Wroclaw. The complex consisiting of three buildings was thoroughly rebuilt between 17th and 19th century.
Tomasz Klecha, a senior negotatior in Savills Wroclaw office, said: “The fact that the city is found appealing by tenants is visible, for example, in vacancy rate, which did not exceed 5 per cent at the end of March 2012 and was at the lowest level among the towns in the region. Wroclaw functions as an important academic centre in Poland so many companies from BPO/SSC sector have their branches or headquarters there. Several companies located in Wroclaw can be enumerated: Credit Suisse, Ernst&Young, Hewlett-Packard, McKinsey&Co, IBM, Nokia Siemens Networks, Capgemini and many others."
