Polnord JSC has been a successful domestic real estate developer active in Warsaw, Tri-City, Wrocław, Łódź, Szczecin and Olsztyn. A few years ago, the company entered the commercial real estate market. Among their projects in this sector, the most ambitious one is Wilanów Office Park, which will offer 140.000 sqM of office space in 18 buildings.
The first office block (B1), with a total surface of 14.301 sqM, was opened in September 2011. Its sole tenant is Pol-Aqua. Another building, A1, which is currently under construction, will offer 39.000 sqM of office space. The office block has been leased by Grupa Asseco – Poland's leading IT services company and integrator. The building B3 (17.000 sqM) is also under construction.
All the office blocks that constitute the complex will boast BREEAM certificates. In order to meet the requirements of sustainable building, the premises will be well lit, quit and cheap in use. The buildings will have no more than 4 storeys above ground. They will be surrounded by nature, which will have a positive impact on the comfort of the employees working in Wilanów Office Park.
Half of the 1.700-acre area chosen for the investment is biologically active, which is unprecedented on the Polish construction market. But beautiful view is not the only asset of the project. The office blocks are erected at a proximity of the Skarpa Ursynowska Natural Reserve, Morysin Natural Reserce, as well as the Wilanów Palace and Gardens.
Located within the office complex will be another park, whose design will draw on golf-courses. The town of Wilanów offers many customer service points and restaurants. New buildings of this kind will be created in the Office Park.
