The oldest and one of the world's biggest insurance companies, Lloyds Register (Polska) Sp. z o.o. is to occupy 519 m2, while 343 m2 has been rented by Polish law firm BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak Sp. k. Both companies have chosen first floor for their offices. Transaction was being mediated by Jones Lang LaSalle.
