Ghelamco buys real estate from Netia

On 23 March Tilia SKA  from Ghelamco Group has signed a a preliminary purchase agreement with Netia S.A. on acquisition of the land that has 23 600 sq m, including two buildings on the site. The purchased property is located on 13 Poleczki Str. in Warsaw. Netia will leave for itself one building on the site.

According to the plan Ghelamco will develop office buildings on the site – Netia will lease one of them for its headquarters. Internet Service Provider will occupy its new headquarters from the half of 2015.

The value of the transaction will amount from 25,9 to 32 million PLN. The development footprint will be affected by the final sale price. By the end of the year the companies will sign a final purchase agreement

Selling a property at Poleczki Str. in Warsaw is a consequence of the company's policy on asset optimization, said Mirosław Godlewski, president of the board at Netia.

We systematically sell the properties that we do not use. In the past 4 years we have sold several real estates – land and buildings and the value of these transactions is approximately 15 million PLN, explained Mirosław Godlewski.
