The company Savills Polska brokered as a consultant in leasing transaction of offices in tower, known as hotel Mariott. The building is administered by LIM Joint Venture Sp. z o.o.
The LIM Centre made this choice mainly because they needed to consolidate few establishments of CRZL(Centre of Human Resource Development) on the same space and they wanted to increase standard of office space. Central location near Ministry of Labour and Social Policy was also significant - says Małgorzata Biskupska, Senior Negotiator of Office Space Department in Savills.
The LIM Centre has high standard 87 602 sqm of office-selling complex. The building has 42 storeys, moreover it has three-storied podium and two underground storeys. One of the main advantage is that the LIM Centre is located in the centre of capital, at Al. Jerozolimskie 65/79.
Centre of Human Resource Development was established by Ministry of Labour and Social Policy in 2007 to broker in a process of realisation part of projects, grant-aided by European Social Fund (EFS).
