The joint venture Nowy Plac Unii which is carrying out the Plac Unii project in the capital city has been granted a loan of of 105 MM euro from Bank Pekao SA. According to the loan contract, additional 15 MM euro can be granted to the company.
The constructions of the modern complex on Plac Unii Lubelskiej has begun at the end of 2010. The preparatory works, underground as well as over ground, have been carried out by Warbud. For their services the company will be paid ca. 49,8 MM euro net. The office-commerce complex in Plac Unii Lubelskiej is a project of Liebrecht & wood and BBI Development NFI SA and will open in October 2013.
The Plac Unii complex will consist of three office buildings. A glass roof will connect the three buildings 30 m above the ground. A 90 meters tower building will be the dominant element of the complex. So far 40 percent of the rentable space of the complex has been leased.
