BrightONE concluded a lease contract concerning more than 1200 sq. m in Dominikański located in Wrocław. The tenant was advised by Colliers International during the transaction process. One of the crucial criteria in choosing the Dominikański office was a perfect location of the investment. The situation of the office in the very heart of Wrocław as well as close proximity to a big communicational hub and PKP railway station constitute an optimal solution for locating our office. BrightONE is a dynamically developing company from the IT sector hiring nearly 100 people in Wrocław with a perspective of hiring much more people. BrightONE operates in the ICT sector. The company offers complex IT solutions for global clients. It hires approx. 600 engineers and about 300 of them operate in Poland. The competition centers of the company are situated in two Polish cities: Szczecin and Wrocław.
Dominikański complex is located in the very heart of Wrocław at Oławska, Piotra Skargi and Wierzbowa Streets. Works at realization of the investment lasted more than two years. Building A was commissioned in May 2015 together with the revitalized XVIII-century Oppersdorf Palace, that is building C. The total leased space which is offered by the complex amounts to 40 000 sq. m, more than a half of which is located in a newly founded building B, which received a use permit in August last year. Medusa group is responsible for the project of Dominikański. Moreover, the group of tenants includes such companies as HP, Deloitte, BGŻ BNP Paribas and PKO BP. The owner of the structure is the Union Investment fund whereas the manager – Colliers International.
