Adgar Postępu Sp. z o.o. company has signed a lease contract of an office area in Adgar Plaza B building with a Polish consulting company Business Advisors. Adgar Plaza B is a part of Adgar office complex, situated in business center in Mokotów, one of the most modern, technologically advanced and best equipped office complexes in the capital.
Business Advisors company will occupy 226 m2 of area on the first floor of a 10-storey Adgar Plaza B building. The leaseholder is to move into its new office by the first half of july 2011. Krzysztof Żurowski, president of the Board and Marcin Salski, vice president of the Board have signed the lease contract in the name of Business Advisors company. Adgar Postępu Sp. z.o.o. on the other hand was being represented by Eyal Litwin, vice president at Adgar Investments & Development Ltd. and Tomasz Piotroski, a lawyer. Representatives of Jones Lang LaSalle, exclusive agent responsible for the lease of area in Adgar complex, were also present during signing of the agreement. The deal has been signed for the period of 5 years.
- We've chosen an office in Adgar Plaza B for our new premises mainly because of the building's high standard and available amenities, which will create conditions favorable for effective work for our consultants. Another factor we've taken into account was location in Mokotów's business center, close to offices of many of our current and potential clients.
