A new fitness club with the area of nearly 1500 sq. m is going to offer a broad range of group and outdoor activities to its clients as well as health and rehabilitation zone, SPA center and room for children. ARTIS Wellness Club is not the only place in the Warsaw office which will be encouraging to physical activity. Royal Wilanów will also offer products by Nike and soon Adventure Sports will be present there.
Royal Wilanów is located at the crossroads of Klimczaka and Przyczółkowa Streets in Warsaw. The structure offers office area with the size of 29 787 sq. m and 6920 sq. m of commercial and service zone. Jointly, its tenants have 36 707 sq. m at their disposal. The office received certificate in the BREEAM system. The group of tenants in the service and commercial part includes e.g. Piotr i Paweł supermarket, Krakowski Kredens, Piccola Italia delicatessen, Rosmann drug store, NIKE, Colibri Concept Store and Bang & Olufsen. The office area, in turn, was occupied by such companies as Gedeon Richter Marketing Polska, General Property and Lindt & Sprüngli. The project of the building was devised in the EMS Architekci studio.
