The first tenant of Atrium 2 will occupy the area with 4000 sq. m located on the last three floors of the building. DLA Piper is going to move into its new headquarters designed in accordance with the Activity Based Workplace idea on May 2016.

The tenant was supported by the international CBRE consulting company during the process of choosing the location. Legal companies in London and Amsterdam more frequently decide to choose a model of open space and new strategies concerning the work environment. This trend also reached Poland. DLA Piper is a legal office which owns offices in over 30 countries on the area of both Americas, in the region of Asia and Pacific, in Europe and Middle East. The company in Warsaw provides law and tax services for both international corporations and financial institutions as well as local enterprises functioning in different sectors of economy.
The investment of Atrium 2 will have 15 aboveground and 4 underground tiers. The structure will have a car park with 125 parking places. The total usable area will amount to 20 000 sq. m. Furthermore, the building will have a certificate in the LEED system at the Platinum level. The project of the structure was devised in the PRC Architekci studio. The general contractor of the building is Skanska and Skanska Property Poland is responsible for commercialization of the building. The planned commission of the investment is envisaged on the first quarter of 2016.
