The Royal Wilanów office was opened on 19th August this year. It is still enhancing its offer. This time, Capital Park Group – investor of this structure – informed that Optyk Tondryk optician's will be soon opened in that building. It will occupy a premises with the size of 61 sq. m. The company has been functioning on the market since 1983. It offers a wide assortment of frames and glasses of many renowned brands such as Miu Miu, Bulgari, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Persol, Giorgio Armani, Tag Heuer, Mykita or Versace.
Tenants and clients of Royal Wilanów may benefit from an offer of the Piotr i Paweł supermarket, assortment of Krakowski Kredens and Piccola Italia delicatessen as well as Rossmann drugstore. Moreover, there are also the largest salon of NIKE in Poland, Colibri Concept Store and Bang & Olufsen. Royal Wilanów has PANDA laundry, exchange office and Travel System. The offer of Royal Wilanów will be soon extended by Adventure Sports, car wash or places for business meetings and spending free time such as Czas na Wino winery, Bierhalle brewery, Nama Japanese restaurant, Naturel restaurant or Green Caffe Nero cafe.
Public squares for meeting places and active relaxation will be available for inhabitants of the Warsaw Wilanów district in autumn this year. They will be open and free for all. Their users will be able to benefit from i.a. beach volleyball and basketball courts, football mini-field, boule, field chess, climbing wall, multimedia stage with audience, six trampolines mounted on a level of the ground and street workout zone – place for training crossfit. There will be also a rental company for sport equipment and seasonal pop-up bars in the neighborhood of the stage. Restaurant gardens will be a perfect place for meeting with friends.
The five-tier Royal Wilanów structure offers 29 787 sq. m of modern office area. There is a three-tier garage with 915 parking places for tenants and clients as well as bicycle car park in the underground part of the building. The office owns a commercial and service part with the size of 6920 sq. m. Furthermore, BOIG is responsible for commercialization of the commercial part and Colliers International is responsible for commercialization of the office part.
