The Bilfinger Berger company joined the group of tenants in Warsaw Spire – currently the biggest office which is being realized in Europe and offers jointly 100 000 sq. m of office area class A. Bilfinger is an international construction and service company which is a general contractor of many strategic road investments in Poland. The company is going to occupy 1700 sq. m in the complex. Such companies as Frontex EU Agency, BNP Paribas Securities Services and Benefit Systems SA have already decided on lease in Warsaw Spire. The Frontex Agency has been conducting works in a new office since January 2015, whereas BNP Paribas Securities Services and Benefit System SA are going to move into the building respectively in June and November this year. Moreover, the developer will also have its headquarters in Warsaw Spire and it is going to move into the structure in the following year. Ghelamco Poland will occupy nearly 2000 sq. m in the Warsaw Spire complex.
The level of lease in the building B, which is a member of the complex and offers 20 000 sq. m, has already exceeded 90 per cent. As Commercial and Development Director and Member of the Board in Ghelamco Poland Jarosław Zagórski comments, the available area in the buildings A and C arouse a great interest too. First and foremost, the companies appreciate uniqueness of our conception which provides the highest quality of work space thanks to an integral combination of office and public functions. Moreover, our distinctive feature is also a perfect location of the investment – next to the second line of the Warsaw Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station, which has been recently launched – says Jarosław Zagórski. – The negotiations with other tenants are on a very advanced level. We are planning a lease at the level of 50% in Warsaw Spire till the end of the year. Additionally, service premises in the neighborhood of the European Square arouse a great interest besides the office area. The European Square will be soon vibrant with life and it will become a meeting, relaxation and cultural place for inhabitants of Warsaw – adds Zagórski.
The construction works at the realization of the complex are being dynamically conducted simultaneously with the commercialization process. The works are being currently run at the montage of glass elevations on the buildings A and C. The elevation is completed in nearly 95% in the building C. Furthermore, the elevation panels were mounted on the construction till the level of 16th floor in the 49-tier tower building. The construction and installation works as well as montage of inside elevators are being conducted in both buildings and in the garage part. The earthworks within the European Square also gained momentum. At present, the building of fountains is coming to a close and the first bases for trees and shrubs are noticeable. The completion of all works and the opening of the Warsaw Spire complex is planned on April next year.
