Nowy Świat 2.0 is a 5-floor, glazed office, service and commercial building with the usable area of 6146 sq. m with underground garages for ca. 160 parking places (garage under the building and underground garage from Jerozolimskie Avenue), in which the office area will amount to 4178 sq. m and commercial and service area will occupy 1968 sq. m. The office will be commissioned in the third quarter of 2015.

The structure is owned by „Nowy Świat” SA Banking and Financial Center, the main shareholder of which is MARS Closed-End Investment Fund having 90 per cent of shares managed by MS Mutual Funds Society.
