We started the building of Koszyki Hall and its commercialization at the same time. In the nearest months, we will be informing about other agreements. The area which we offer to the tenants is quite different from these available on the commercial market in Warsaw. We would like to depart from a standard thinking about offices and make available office spaces which are uncommon and postindustrial with a peculiar character and special location – explains Agnieszka Ciupak, Head of Office Leasing in Griffin Real Estate.
Multimedia Poland is a leading operator of a cable television which has been present on the market for over 20 years. The partnership is also a deliverer of a digital television with a video on demand, the Internet, mobile and fixed-line telephony. Moreover, it is a seller of electric energy and insurances to houses and companies. The enterprise functions in ca. 200 Polish localities.
The new Koszyki Hall will be a service and office complex designed by JEMSArchitekci studio. The commercial and service area of the structure will total 6000 sq. m and it will be located in a renovated and main part of the Hall. The office zone will amount 15 000 sq. m and it will be located in three office buildings class A, in close proximity to Koszyki Hall. There will be 200 parking places and 85 places for bicycles in the structure. Moreover, there will be a public town square with ca. 600 sq. m located from Koszykowa Street. The investment will be commissioned in the second half of 2016.
