The Polish department of an international clothes company, the owner of such brands as Lee, Wrangler, The North Face, Napapijri or Eastpak, will occupy area with 1600 sq. m. The partnership was represented by DTZ company in the process of relocation.
Iris office is located at Cybernetyki 9 Street and it is owned by Celtic Property Developments S.A. company. The building was commissioned in December 2012. It offers ca. 14 300 sq. m of office space on five tiers and its architectural project was developed in JPM Design and Build studio. Furthermore, the structure is a part of Cybernetyki Office Park complex, within which offices like Helios and Luminar were also built and then sold to a German investment fund – DEKA Immobilien.
