Stryker Poland partnership is a part of Stryker Corporation – one of the largest representatives of medical industry in the world and leader on the orthopedic market. The agreement which extends the lease of space in Poleczki Business Park was concluded on the period of 6 years. In the process of negotiations, the tenant was represented by experts from JLL consulting company.
Poleczki Business Park is one of the largest multifunctional business parks realized in Poland. On the area with 14 ha, 15 buildings will be built with the rentable area of ca. 210 000 sq. m. The complex is located by UBM and CA Immo in the southern part of Warsaw, at the crossroads of Hołubcowa and Poleczki Streets, in the neighborhood of Puławska Street, and southern bypasses in Warsaw: S2, S79 and Chopin airport. To the comfort of tenants of Poleczki Business Park, it facilitates two individual bus lines, thanks to which employees are commuted free on the routes between the complex and Imielin metro station and also between Poleczki Business Park and Chopin airport and Veturilo private cycle station.
The investment is being realized in accordance with sustainable construction principles. The buildings which belong to the second stage received LEED CS GOLD (Core & Shell) certificate.
