The tenant will move into the structure at the beginning of October this year. The developer of the investment is Yareal Poland company. The agreement was signed for the period of five years. AGFA Graphics was represented by Colliers International Poland company.

AGFA Graphics NV functions within Agfa-Gevaert N.V. group with a headquarters in Mortsel near to Antwerp in Belgium. The partnership produces and sells products for offset preparation studio. Moreover, it is a deliverer of large-format systems intended for UV print, such as Anapurna and Jeti.

Oxygen Park is an office complex class A located at Jutrzenki 137A Street in Warsaw. The structure is composed of two 6-tier buildings with a total rentable area of 18 400 sq. m. There is an underground garage with 162 parking places in the office as well as commercial and service space with a restaurant and internal green courtyard situated between buildings.
