The office space of those three sold complexes totals 77 300 sq. m. Advisers of Ghelamco, engaged in carrying out transactions, were Jones Lang LaSalle and Hogan Lovells companies, and the purchaser was advised by CBRE company. Terms of business were not exposed.

Katowice Business Point is a complex located in the centre of the capital city of Upper Silesia, commissioned in 2010. T-Mobile Business Park complex is located at Marynarska 12 Street in Warsaw Mokotów, and Łopuszańska Business Park is located in the business part of the Włochy district. Both investments were finished in May 2013. Moreover, all buildings received certification in the BREEAM system. Companies such as T-Mobile, Citibank, Allianz, Alior Bank, Tauron, PwC, or Żywiec have chosen them as their headquarters.
