The new tenant of the offices at the stadium took up 1500 sq. m. Currently, almost 5000 sq. m of office space in the building are fitted out. The stadium offers a total of 9000 sq. m of offices.
The tenants of the Stadium Wrocław are: Coca-Cola, CarNet, Prodigo, Infortes and Capital Group Navi Group S.A. Great interest in the stadium allows us to assume that agreements with new tenants will be signed soon, informs Adam Burak, Marketing and Promotion Director and Spokesperson of Wrocław 2012 Sp. z o.o.
In 2013, the revenue from the rental of office space at the Stadium Wrocław amounted to 2 million zloty.
The Stadium Wrocław was opened on 10 September 2011 and was one of the venues of Euro 2012, where three matches in the group stage were held.
