From the first of December 2013, a new leaseholder of office and services space in the Wrocław Stadium will be CarNet. The company will start up in this location a car rental. It will be located in the eastern part of the stadium and will be open seven days a week. In the beginning the rental will offer 40 cars, but later on this number will increase.
We've decided to open CarNet services office in the Wrocław Stadium because of its recognizability and its business potential. That's why we'll offer primarily premium class cars. The localization of the Wrocław Stadium was also very important, it's proximity with AOW, the airport and city centre. The stadium also offers a huge, covered parking lot, which is necessary in our business – comments Rafał Pietrzak, President of the Board of CarNet Polska Sp. Z o.o.
In its rental on Wrocław Stadium, CarNet will offer every class of cars, including special and delivery vehicles. The strategy of the company allows for a free travel in Poland and Europe with the possibility of returning the car in any given department.
The CarNet deal is yet another step towards the full commercialization of Wrocław Stadium. At the moment, 4500 sqm of office space, out of a total of 9000 sqm, has been rented out and negotiations with further leaseholders are ongoing. Coca-Cola and Navi Group S.A. already have their seats in this location.
