A new headquarters of Polkomtel company, that is operator of Plus, will be located at Konstruktorska Street in Warsaw Mokotów district. The tenant will occupy ca. 23 000 sq. m of area and it will move into the offices in September 2015. The agreement is the largest lease transaction conducted on the office market in Poland in 2013. The company was advised by CBRE company.
The 7-floor office is being realized on the basis of the project devised by Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio in accordance with technical requirements of the tenant. White Stone Development developer company is responsible for the investment and MF Capital partnership manages the assets.
