Deloitte will occupy 380 sq. m of office area on the sixth floor in the building which is located at the crossroads of Niepodległości Avenue and Wyszyńskiego Street in place of a historical Grzybek. The new tenant will move into the structure in October. Companies like Deloitte Doradztwo Podatkowe, Deloitte Audyt and Deloitte Legal, Pasternak, Korba i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Prawnicza will move to the office. Savills company mediated in the transaction.

Brama Portowa is an office complex which is composed of two buildings offering ca. 13 000 sq. m of office and commercial area. The investment fulfills requirements of LEED ecological certification. The buildings were commissioned in October 2012.
The tenants of Brama Portowa are such companies like LUX MED, Genpact, Starbucks or ZDiTM. The complex is owned by SwedeCenter company which is a part of Property Division of Inter IKEA Group, which is also its manager.
