Macrologic company, a leading producer and supplier of IT solutions for managing a company, has renegotiated lease contract for the space leased in Symfonia office building in Warsaw. The company’s headquarters in the building will have 1,200 m2. During the talks, the tenant was advised by CBRE company.

Symfonia office building belongs to Juvenes company and is located in Warsaw’s Praga, on Kłopotowskiego 22 street. The object is a part of modern housing and service complex. It offers over 3,000 m2 of office space. Previously mentioned housing and service complex is characterised by modern architecture and big surfaces made from glass, aluminium and ceramic lining. View from the south side shows an interior, green patio. In the building a Building Management System has been installed. It controls the work of ventilation, air-conditioning and power systems. The guests can use 34 parking spaces in an underground lot and a big overground lot. The building was constructed in the years 1999-2001.
