HTC Poland is part of the HTC Corporation. It produces mobile equipment, appreciated all over the world, such as smartphones and tablets. In Jerozolimskie Business Park it will lease 186 m2 of office space in building C. During the negotiations, the tenant was backed by CBRE company.

The complex, belonging to capital fund from the group IVG Immobilien AG, consists of four separate buildings. In total they offer over 16,000 m2 of usable space. A lot of their tenants also are companies from the advanced technologies branch. The object is located on Aleje Jerozolimskie. IVG Immobilien AG is known on European market from the investments in commercial real estates. It became the owner of the complex after buying it from Liebrecht & wooD company.
HTC company was founded in 1997. Since 2006 it regularly produces mobile equipment under its own name. They are, for example, smartphones and tablets with Android and Windows Phone operating systems.
