The investment of AIG/Lincoln Polska encouraged two new tenants from the IT branch. QLOC S.A. and Cenega Poland Sp. z o.o. companies will lease 3,300 m2 of space. Both tenants will move into the building A, second and third storey. The advisor during the transaction was AXI IMMO company.
QLOC is an international company offering services of testing, programming and localisation of videogames. Cenega Poland is a leading publisher of videogames on our market.

Currently the situation on Warsaw office real estate market is good for the tenants, who can count on favourable offers, meeting the company’s needs. The Park Warsaw complex is located in Włochy district, in proximity of Okęcie airport and 6 km from the city centre. The complex is to eventually offer about 110,000 m2 of usable space in ten office buildings. In the first stage, building A is being realised. It offers 10,911 m2 of space on four storeys.
