A big financial institution will move to office complex Ochota Office Park, located on Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw. This is the first lease contract in the object after its owner has changed. Since June 2013 the owner is Adgar Group. The new tenant will rent 3,640 m2 in the Building A.
Adgar Group and the administrator of the complex are planning a modernisation of the systems installed in the object, which will raise the appeal of the place. When the real estate was bought, it was only commercialised in less than 20%, which was caused by a recent move of the biggest tenant in many years – T-Mobile. Currently, after signing a contract with a national institution, Ochota Office Park has still 75% of space for lease.
Offices of the new tenant will be located on the whole 4th and 5th storeys, also in some parts of the ground floor and 2nd storey. The archives will be located on -1 level. The institution is to move into the new place at the beginning of September 2013, and the lease was signed for 10 years. Adgar Group will arrange the office interiors.

As the owner and administrator of the building, we will do our best so that the place will meet the tenants expectations in 100%. We are currently planning some changes in the complex. We started a collaboration with a famous Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci design studio. After the modernisation, IT solutions, which even now are high-standard, will reach the most advanced level. The complex is made up of three interconnected buildings, which together offer over 43,000 m2. In Ochota Office Park there are over 1,100 parking spaces, located on three underground lots, and one on ground level, by the buildings.
Tenants of the object include such companies as Anwim, Covidien Polska, Garmin Polska, Geodis Logistics Polska, LexisNexis legal publishing house, Pekao S.A. bank and UPS.
