Publishing house IDG Poland S.A. will rent 800 m2 of office space in Business Garden complex, located on Żwirki i Wigury street in Warsaw. During transaction the tenant was represented by advising company Cushman & Wakefield.
IDG Poland is a part of the biggest company in the world specialising in technological media. Within the framework of the international media IDG web, there are more than 200 press titles, over 450 websites and over 700 market events and conferences. The company is working in Poland, among other countries, and has such names as CIO, Computerworld, PC World, Networld, CFO, InfoWorld, Network World and TechWorld. They reach out to 270 million of purchasers in 97 countries, for example Australia, Korea, China, USA and European countries.
The publishing house chose space, located in office complex Business Garden , in the building on 1 Sieprnia and Iłżecka streets. The investor and developer of the complex is SwedeCenter. The complex is to include seven buildings, in total offering about 90,000 m2. In the late 2012, the first part of the investment, which included two buildings, in total offering over 32,000 m2, was opened for use. The architectonic design was made by Mariusz Rutz from JSK Architekci company. The complex is to be built on the area of 6 hectares, 60% of which is biologically active. The object was designed and is realised due to the standards of LEED certificate.
The new tenant will move in in August 2013.
