Airline Accounting Center (AAC) Lufthansa will move into 8,000 m2 of space located on 6 storeys in Bonarka for Business complex. During the transaction the company was advised by Colliers International. Building D, to which Lufthansa will move, is to be open for business in November 2013.
This year we are having a 10th anniversary of AAC Lufthansa in Kraków. These ten years were a time of success and steady development. Moving our centre into a new building is a mark of further expansion and a transformation we want to undergo. We hope to produce even more value for Lufthansa Group: "AAC” is to become "Lufthansa Global Business Services". Our new “home”, located here in Kraków, will provide perfect conditions for the process – says Marc Ammelung, Managing Director in AAC Lufthansa.
2013 on Kraków’s market was a year of pre-lease transactions. With the level of uninhabited buildings reaching 3.64%, we advise our clients to secure spaces with a large advance. Lease transaction signed by AAC Lufthansa proves this trend and shows the strength of local market in SSC/BPO sector, which remains a main driving force of demand in the region – notes Anna Galicka-Bieda, Regional Manager of Colliers International in Kraków, who was responsible for the transaction.
Bonarka for Business complex is being realised by TriGranit Development company. The complex is made up of four independent A Class buildings, which in total offer about 35,000 m2 of space. The complex is located near Bonarka railway station, on Puszkarska street.
