Infrastucture operator Infratel, member of Grupa Technitel, became a new tenant of the MediaHUB office building. Infratel offers services which include access to optical fibre and radio infrastructure, it is also a distributor of the broadband satellite Internet using the satellites Avanti, Hispasat and Eutelsat. Other tenants of MediaHUB include SEM Blurank agency and Grupa TOYA, the building’s investor. Infratel is to take up 230 m2 on the first storey.
Not only the perfect location and high standard of the building were important for our company. Grupa TOYA, the building’s investor, has been one of our collaborators for several years. We hope that thanks to our being close to our crucial partner, the collaboration will tighten – says Rafał Rodziewicz, CEO of Infratel.
The fact that companies working together with our group move their offices to Łąkowa is a good sign. Telecom companies can use our excellent teleinformatics infrastructure. Our tenants have access to free 80 Mb/s Internet connection. In part of the building we have high durability ceiling, which allows for example locating Infratel’s Data Center – comments Marta Kruk, responsible for renting office space in MediaHUB. The building’s construction will finish shortly, together with the DoubleTree hotel by Hilton Łódź. For our tenants a proximity of the hotel is also attractive. It certainly increases the prestige of the place. We are negotiating with other potential tenants, I think we will soon sign more contracts – stresses Marta Kruk.
MediaHUB is a part of BHCC – BusinessHUB Congress Centre complex. The complex also includes DoubleTree by Hilton Łódź hotel and former halls of Wytwórnia Filmów Fabularnych, which now serve as back-up facilities for conferences and exhibitions.
