PKO Bank Polski selected the seventh floor for a headquarters of another Biuro Bankowości Prywatnej office. It will occupy ca. 385 sq. m there. Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy (EFL) will open its headquarters on the sixth floor of the office, where it is going to receive clients since 1st October this year. For a very long time we have been planning a relocation of our headquarters to a new and more prestigious place with a big number of parking spaces, to which the access will be very easy from all directions. MediaHUB is a modern building, perfectly situated and satisfying our expectations. We are convinced that our new location will be functional especially for our clients. We hope to receive our clients in a new headquarters since October – said Hubert Zych, director of Łódź EFL department.
The last of new tenants is it WORKS company, which offers services in the area of business and IT. The partnership will occupy a space of 84,88 sq. m on the first floor of the office. The it WORKS decision about situating the office in such a special place is not random. Łódź commercial and design office (it WORKS is present in Łódź for many years) has been formed to provide IT services and realize computer projects for clients with particular consideration of central Poland. New, representative location will certainly positively affect the perception of our company by present and potential clients, especially in the area of newly built offer of it WORKS services in a cloud model – points out Paweł Jachyra, it WORKS Commercial Director.
Located at Łąkowa 29 Street in Łódź, the office building class A offers jointly 4000 sq. m of modern office space. Following companies have their headquarters on the building area: Bluerank, TomTom, Seamless Poland, Infratel and TOYA Group. The office is a member of a complex which is built in a place of a former Wytwórnia Filmów Fabularnych building. The main investor of MediaHUB is TOYA Group.
