Google has decided to remain in the office block Warsaw Financial Center for another 10 years. The signed agreement concerns the lease of 3,670 sq m with the possibility of extension of leased space. The building's owner is a consortium of Allianz Real Estate and core-plus fund Curzon Capital Partners III, advised by Tristan Capital Partners, who bought it by the end of 2012. CBRE acted as an agent in the sale.

Warsaw Financial Center is located at the intersection of Emilii Plater and Świętokrzyska streets. It offers 50,000 sq m of class “A” office space. The tenants can use 350 parking places. Thanks to the advanced solutions used in the construction, the building is self-sufficient in the access to electricity, heat and water.
