International Legal and tax services provider CMS Cameron McKenna has extended the lease agreement for the office space in Warsaw Financial Center for a further 9 years. The company has been in the building since its opening in 1998 and remains one of its biggest tenants.

CMS Cameron McKenna provides legal and tax counselling for entrepreneurs, financial institutions, the government and individual clients in the public sector. The company is a co-founder of the largest legal offices chain in Europe – CMS. The organisation employs over 5.000 workers in 55 cities in 30 countries. It has been active in Poland for 20 years, providing employment for 140 people in the Warsaw office.
Warsaw Financial Center is located at the intersection of Emilii Plater and Świętokrzyska streets. It is 144 high and it offers 50.000 sq m to rent, as well as 350 parking places. By the end of 2012, the building was bought by Allianz Real Estate and Curzon Capital Partners III, an investment fund run by Tristan Capital Partners.
CMS Cameron McKenna is not the only company which decided to stay in WFC. In February 2013 a similar lease agreement was signed by Weil, Gosthal & Manges.
