LHI sp. z o.o., the owner of the office building Nowy Dom Jabłonowskich, has signed a five-year lease agreement of 200 sq m with Heindrick&Struggles, the leadership advisory firm. The new tenant will move into the office building in the second half of April 2013. At the moment arrangement works are being carried out in order to adapt office space to the tenant's needs.
“We have chosen Nowy Dom Jabłonowskich for our headquarters due to its high quality of workmanship and its exceptional location in the inner centre of Warsaw. Moreover, Nowy Dom Jabłonowskich is associated with prestige and tradition which cannot be found in other office buildings in the capital city,” says Robert Szymański, a partner-in-charge in the Heidrick & Struggles.
Nowy Dom Jabłonowskich is already leased in 90%. Only modules on the second and fourth floor of 110 and 350 sq m have been left in the offer. This is the six-storey Class A office building located at the intersection of Chmielna and Bracka Streets. The building amounts to 4 500 sq m, out of which 3 200 sq m are intended for lease. The first tenant in the building was Polkomtel, the next ones were among others the law firm BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak, APAX Consulting Group, Polish Investment Fund, the architectural studio SUD Architectes, Kazar and Wealth Solutions.
“We are glad that Heidrick & Struggles has chosen Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich for its headquarters. Since the beginning we have been positive that such an exceptional office and commercial building would attract also exceptional tenants. The list of firms in Chmielna 19 is a proof that reputable companies look for unique locations and treat offices as the integral part of their image,” says Robert Mandżunowski, CEO at LHI sp. z o.o.
