The audit company KPMG is a new tenant in the office builidng Łódź 1. The company was
represented in negotiations by Colliers International, while Knight Frank advised the owner of the
building.
“We are very satisfied with the fact that KPMG has chosen the office block Łódź 1 for its
headquarters. At the moment, we are finalizing contracts with other tenants who also appreciated
the building's standard, its perfect central location and exposure,“ said Paweł Lothammer,
Associate Director, Commercial Agency at Knight Frank.
“Before we also cooperated with KMPG on a lease of office spaces in Kraków and Wrocław. This
particular transaction in Łódź informs us about client's growing interest in other regional cities. In
2013 the planned supply of office space in Łódź should amount to 54 900 sq m. Provided that all those
plans are fullfiled, this will indicate a three times growth in comparison to 2012,” stated Robert

Built in 2006 office building Łódź 1 is located in front of shopping centre Galeria Łódzka and offers approximately 6 500 sq m of modern Class A office space. Users may benefit from car park with 130 parking spaces. The office buiding belongs to SEB Investment Group, the German investment fund which operates in whole Poland.
Knight Frank, a company that belongs to Knight Frank Group, is responsible for the commercialisation process. The company operates in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Katowice, Trójmiasto and Łódź.
