Over 200 companies in the zone already

Two new enterprises with a foreign capital have recieved a permission allowing for operation on K-S SSE grounds.

By the end of august the company managing Kostrzyńsko-Słubicką Specjalną Strefą Ekonomiczną ( Kostrzyń-Słubice's Special Economic Zone) has issued two new permissions. Number 200 fell into the hands of Olsa Poland entrepreneur with Italian capital, while 201 went to Smulders Konstrukcje Lubsko company with Dutch capital.

Olsa Poland cooperates with the world's biggest automotive industry consortiums - it manufactures car lamps for Fiat, Volkswagen, Renault, Opel and BMW. The Italian copartnership is going to invest 44 million zł and create at least 100 new workplaces by the end of 2014, 70% of which will be for women. The investment will consist of exoanding current plant through purchase of a lot with a total area of 3.1926 ha, construction of a warehouse- manufacturing hall and purchase of modern technological lines.

Execution of Smulders Konstrukcje Lubsko project is going to include building of a plant for production of steel constructions used for building and wind energy sector. The company intends to invest at least 36 million zł in technological lines and solutions. The money are to be spent by the 31th of december 2013, by which time the investment is to have finished. The entrepreneur declared employing at least 50 workers in the zone's area.
