The biggest lease contracts signed by Skanska Property Poland are contracts with SouthWestern or Medicover Group. Additionally, Getin Noble Bank (175sqm), BNP Paribas (150sqm) and PKO Bank Polski (150sqm) will move into the complex. Canteen will be opened on the space of 300sqm.
SouthWestern is a company from the modern business service sector. It will occupy 2 100sqm in an erecting building B of the Green Horizon complex. Cushman&Wakefield was a consultant during the transaction.

Medicover Group is also moving into the Building B and they're planning to open a clinic there. Company occupies over 650sqm in the building. The clinic will be at the same time a significant convenience for other leaseholders of the structure. Medicover opened its registered offices also in other offices which belongs to Skanska.
