Polnord S.A. has signed agreements with Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Young & Rubicam. These two companies will lease ground floor of B3 building.On the 1st of march 2013, the companies will move in.
Office block B3, ready made on September 2012, is the newest in Wilanow Office Park complex. Now, only finishing works of interiors are under way. Also, it is certain that CSL Bhering, HDS and Levi's will lease office space there.

Hill+Knowlton Strategies wil llease 660m2 of office space. The company deals mainly with PR and is operating for over 80 years. It has 83 offices in 46 countries. Marketing agency, Young & Rubicam, is to lease 810m2. This company has 186 establishments worldwide. Both companies signed 60 month's agreements. Polnord's representative was Avestus Real Estate, while leasers' representative was Jones Lang LaSalle.
Wilanow Office Park offers 40 000 m2 of combined space on 3 eco-friendly buildings, BREEAM certified. Firts building was bought by Asseco Poland S.A., second one is leased by Pol-Aqua S.A. The buildings are localized in an area where 50% of area must be "green".
