Łużycka Office Park is a complex of 5 buildings, all A class office blocks located on Łużycka 6, not far from Gdynia's centre.
In the first quarter of 2013, two companies will move into the C building: Sony Pictures Global Business Services Sp. z o.o. (990m2) and Nordea Bank Polska S.A. (one level - 1 260 m2). Lessor is Łużycka Investment of Allcon Investment.
Nearly 1 400 m2 of office space in the complex is now under reservation. Apart from that, there is 4% of space left on a ground floor in D building.
All the blocks offer 5 storeys of office space while ground floor is suitable for commerce and trade. The buildings are designed by AEDAS. Łużycka Office Park offers 700 parking spots, 422 of them are in underground parking, additionally, cyclists are provided with special garage, changing room and showers. Leasers are provided with Open Space interiors and eco-friendly and energy efficient solutions in the building.
Allcon Investment, in 4th quarter of 2013, is to expand office space on Łużycka. Office block "Łużycka Plus" will offer 7 300 m2 A class, BREEAM certified, office space. Additionally, object was given, as first in Poland, "Obiekt bez barier" (Object without frontiers) certificate. Lastly, Medical centres are loceted on a ground floor of the building.
