Globe Trade Centre S.A. has signed an agreement concerning expanding leased space in University Business Park. Currently, the first block of the complex is 75% full. It would be 95% if companies' reserved space, for future expansion, is also taken into consideration.
New tenants are, in majority, companies of advanced technologies and energy sector. Mobica, executing projects concerning information technologies in mobile devices, has leased 1 200 m2. The company will move into the building in May 2013, also the company has reserved space for expansion.
In February 2013 Samsung Electronics Polska is also to move into University Business Park. They leased 1 100 m2. This advanced technologies supplier also reserved space for expansion.
Among new leasers one can find PKP Informatyka S.A. In April 2013 it will claim 900m2 of space.
Current object's leasers are companies such as: Citibank, Hewlett-Packard, Grupa Ubezpieczeniowa Warta, Kredyt Bank, Bankruptcy Management Solutions, Tax Care and Pharmena.
