Green Towers is a modern office blocks complex in Wroclaw, featuring 23 300 m2 of space. Object is leased full from 28th December 2012. Skanska Property Poland has sold the complex to one of the biggest financial institutions on Poland for 64 milion euro. Developer's advisor, concerning this transaction, was Cushman & Wakefield company.
Waldemar Olbryk, director of Skanska Property Poland, stated - We are proud of Green Towers. Complex was leased in 100% before it was finished and sold before second building was ready to be occupied. Finished building A is the first block in poland which has platinum, best, LEED certificate. We are also happy that our buildings are attractive investments and market of Wroclaw is attracting investors.
Complex consists of two 9 storey buildings. First was ready in March 2012, second, according to plan, is to be finished in January 2013. Among tenants we can highlight: Ernst&Young, Grupa Allegro, Dolby, BD Europe and Grupa Medicover; administrator of the building is Colliers International.
Green Towers has platinum LEED certificate which means, that complex was build in consideration to eco-frendliness and energy eficiency. Object is localised in close proximity to the city centre and has many convenient accesibility routes to airport and railway station.
Skanska is and active investor in Wroclaw. First finished office project was Grunwaldzki Center, finished in 2009, sold in 2010. Third investment, Green Day, was inaugurated in October 2012. The company is planning 4th investment in the city - Dominikański.
