International pharmaceutical company Amgen will move into an office in Warsaw's Mokotów in February 2013. Its head-quarter is located in United States. They will occupy 1 302sqm of modern office space in Warsaw's building.
New administrator of canteen will take place in Tulipan House - Office Bistro Group whose owner is Witold Serdakowski. Canteen will be located on the ground floor and it will occupy 264sqm.
Contracts of lease prolongation were signed with the world leader of call-center services, Teleperformance company, occupying 1 236sqm and with media broker, Media5 company. The last one will occupy 1 151sqm and is a producer of Polcast Television and broadcaster of television programmes such as Tele5, Polonia1, Water Planet, Novela tv.
Tulipan House office was leased in 100% due to the above transactions. Savills company, chosen by Commerz Real Investmentgesellschaft on the sole agent, is responsible for commercialization of the building. It exercises this role since May 2012.
