Aldesa Polska has rented 400 sqm. of office space in Empark Mokotów Business Park Neptun in Warsaw. The transaction was being mediated by CBRE company.
Neptun building offers area of 13 100 sqm. and belongs to Empark Mokotów Business Park complex. It is the biggest office center in Poland, consisting of nine buildings. Over 13 500 people work here.
Aldesa is a construction company belonging to Spanish Aldesa Group. It operates in areas such as renewable energy, technologically advanced large size structures, high voltage lines, integrated urban communication systems as well as public-private partnership.
