Warsaw's Sienna Center office building is located in the city center between Sienna, Twarda and Żelazna streets. The structure offers its lessees over 20 000 m2 of modern area. Sienna Center belongs to CA Immo and AXA companies. Erected fourteen years ago, the building lately went through a general modernization, which was completed last year. Renovation works allowed for creation of a new reception desk.
Now the group of Sienna Center's lessees has been joined by Celsa Huta Ostrowiec company- steelworks with headquarters in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. Its owner is Spanish Celsa Group. The plant functions in Ostrowiec for 170 years and is one of the biggest industrial plant in Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
Sienna Center building in Warsaw is going to house the company's commercial office. The firm is to move into the building in november 2012. The lessee was being represented during the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield company, an international consultant in commercial properties industry.
