Since june, the circle of Millenium Plaza metropolitan office building's leaseholders has increased by six companies. Atlas Estates - the commercial structure's owner has signed lease contracts for rent of additional 4 700 sqm.
The new leaseholders are Groupon and United Oilfield Services. Golden Floor and Federal Express Poland have increased their premises' areas, while Galeria Millenium is now being joined by a mexican restaurant Dos Tacos and a Multimedia Impact clinic.
Millenium Plaza is an office-retail building. The 112-meter structure was bought by Atlas Estates in 2008 for a grand total of 76 million Euro. The building has 34 000 sqm. of commercial area, of which 6000 sqm. has been allocated for retail premises in Galeria Millenium, while the remaining 28 000 sqm. are made up of offices. The leaseholders include i.a. DELL, Assecco and Turkish Airlines.
