We put great emphasis on enhancement of standard and comfort of usable space in our lease strategy aimed at tenants. We also want to use the effect of synergy resulting from the joint function of the building. Thanks to commercial and service space located on the ground floor, we can offer our employees perfectly selected shops and service points, which meet their basic needs. There are numerous groceries, cafes and delicatessen in the building. After work, everyone can relax in the dancing studio, fitness club or music club with a terrace and the panorama of the whole Warsaw. The location of the office at the busy communication point in the city center and the number of employees (ca. 3 thousand people) make that retail tenants can count on many clients – says Reuven Havar, General Director of Atlas Management Company (Atlas Estates Group).
Millennium Plaza is a 112-meter-high office and commercial building located at Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw. The building was purchased by Atlas Estates in 2006.
