Second stage of Poleczki Business Park, which is being executed since january, has acquired first leaseholders. Moving into the complex, which has been granted a LEED CS (Core and Shell) precertificate on Gold level, are companies: Tetra Park and Astellas Pharma. In the lease contracts developers UBM Polska and CA Immo were being represented by Jones Lang Lasalle and King Sturge companies. The leaseholders one the other hand were being represented by NAI Estate Fellows and Colliers International.
Under the second stage of investment in the capital, two three-storey buildings B1 and C1 with a total area of 21 000 m2 are going to be erected. As a result of the new lease contracts signed, B1 building is now commercialized in 50%. Commisioning the structures is planned for may 2012.
Tetra Pak company was founded in 1951 in Sveden, and its first Polish affiliate was opened in 1990. The copartnership specializes in manufacturing cardboard packaging for milk and juice. Stellas Pharma is a part of Japanese consortium belonging to 20 world's largest pharmaceutical companies, which employs over 15 000 workers.
