The news that J.P. Morgan is to launch a corporate center in Warsaw has recently spread around Poland. The center will be located in Atrium Garden, where the company has rented 15 500 sq. m. Ca. 2500 people are to be hired in the new office of this American giant. J.P. was advised by the experts of JLL during the process of devising a long-term lease strategy, searching for a proper location and specifying lease conditions, whereas Clifford Chance advised the company in legal issues. Atrium Garden belongs to Deka Immobilien Fund. It is situated at Rondo ONZ in the strict city center of the capital.
