Energa Group renewed a lease contract for 14 800 sq. m of office space in Olivia Business Centre in Gdańsk. The company is one out of the four largest domestic energy groups. It specialises in distribution, generation and trade of electric and heat energy. Additionally, it is one of the largest deliverers of electric energy in Poland.
Energa Group has been residing in Olivia since 2012. We have been doing our best to provide optimal conditions for presence and development of the company in our centre. From the very beginning of our existence, the main goal of Olivia was to create a perfect work place in respect of comfort and well-being of our employees. Therefore, a big winter garden is currently being realized in the middle of our patio for all the employed in Energa. The garden of the size amounting to almost 1000 sq. m will serve as a place for relaxation and contact with nature during the whole year. I am glad that such a renowned company decided for further development in Olivia. It is confirmation of quality of our buildings, services which are delivered to our tenants and a good strategy of supporting business in every-day activities by locating such services, institutions and companies which are helpful in development of enterprises, for instance, from such industries as IT, finances, or Human Resources – says Maciej Kotarski, Director of Lease, Olivia Business Centre.
Olivia Business Centre is a mixed-use office project located in the geographical city centre of Tricity, in close proximity to the university campus. The investment has been developing dynamically since 2010. At present, the seventh building of the complex – Olivia Seven – is being realized simultaneously with Olivia Star. Both offices will extend the available space in OBC, which is dedicated to companies, to almost 150 000 sq. m. There are currently more than 110 companies renting offices in the complex, such as Amazon, bayer, PwC, Fujifilm, Nordea, thyssenkrupp, as well as small and medium enterprises and start-ups. Olivia offers many facilitations to its tenants, for instance, conference halls, banks, restaurants, cafes, medical centre, kindergarten, or nursery.
