White & Case legal office is to move into a new registered office in Warsaw by the end of 2017. The company is to occupy the highest floors – 37th and 38th – as well as a part of the last 39th floor in Q22. White & Case LLP is a global legal company which delivers services through 37 offices located in 26 countries. The company was represented by JLL in the process of searching for a new headquarters and negotiation of lease conditions.

Q22 is a 155-meter-high modern office building located at the crossroads of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street in Warsaw. The building offers more than 50 000 sq. m of office space. Moreover, tenants have a 5-tier underground garage for 348 parking places at their disposal. Q22 was awarded ecological certificate BREEAM Interim Excellent with one of the highest grades in this category in Poland (nearly 80 per cent). Both investor and developer of the building is Echo Investment.
