After about 20 years of functioning in a premises located at Krzywickiego Street in Warsaw, Sportfive (S5) decided to move its headquarters to the office with the size of 2000 sq. m situated in the Warsaw SPEKTRUM Tower office at Twarda 18 Street. S5 entrusted the realization of this task to Commerson – a company which also conducted adaptation of area to the needs of their client.
The new headquarters not only meets our needs related to the character of conducted activity by our company, but also our image. What is also important is that it is functional in many areas; it has a proper size, adaptation potential, we are pleased about proximity to hubs of the city and we appreciate the neighborhood of the Warsaw business center. We received it all within our adopted budget – explains Andrzej Placzyński, Chairman of Sportfive. – The ordering of a complicated operation concerning change of our headquarters to external experts protected us from unexpected problems which are related to such changes. Therefore, the whole process was painless for our company in respect of both organizational and financial issues – adds.
Sportfive is an international agency of sport marketing owned by French Lagardère media group. The company hires over 500 experts from the area of media and marketing all over the world and it owns 11 international offices.
SPEKTRUM Tower is a 122-meter-high building with over 28 000 sq. m of office rentable area located on 28 floors. There is an underground garage with 314 parking places in the structure. Moreover, the office received the BREEAM certificate with the Very Good grade.
